Yes. Our printers navigate around electrical outlets, switches, thermostats, and other wall-mounted fixtures. We print right up to the edge of each obstacle for a seamless look. Just remove the cover plates before print day and reinstall them after.

There's no practical size limit. Our printers work in passes across the wall surface, so we can cover walls of any width and height — from a small accent panel to an entire building facade. The only constraint is physical access for the printer equipment, which requires about 4–6 feet of clearance.

The printer operates at a moderate noise level — comparable to a large office printer. There's no spray, no overspray, and no paint fumes. The ink is applied precisely by the print head, so there's virtually no mess. Most businesses remain open during installation with minimal disruption.

Yes. Our printers handle light-to-moderate textures like orange peel and knockdown without issue. Heavy textures may soften fine detail, but bold graphics and large-scale designs still look excellent. For the sharpest results on heavily textured walls, we may recommend skim-coating the surface before printing.

The wall should be clean, dry, patched, and primed with a white or light-colored primer. Remove any loose paint, fill holes or cracks, and clear furniture and fixtures from the area. Yes. Brick is one of the most popular surfaces for direct-to-wall printing, especially for exterior murals and industrial-style interiors. The ink fills the mortar joints and brick texture, creating a look that feels hand-painted. We adjust ink volume to ensure full coverage on porous masonry.

Yes. Concrete is an excellent surface for direct-to-wall printing. We seal the surface first to control ink absorption, then print with adjusted ink volume for full coverage. The natural texture of concrete adds character to the finished print, especially for industrial and urban-style designs.

Direct-to-wall printers are designed for opaque, rigid surfaces — not glass. For glass surfaces, we recommend vinyl application or specialized UV flatbed printing on panels that can be mounted to the glass. Contact us to discuss alternatives for glass installations.

We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) for logos and graphics, and high-resolution rasters (TIFF, PSD, PNG) at 150+ DPI at print size for photographic imagery. If you're unsure about your files, send what you have — our design team can assess and advise.

We use professional color management and can match Pantone, CMYK, and hex color values with high accuracy. For critical brand colors, we print physical samples on your actual wall surface so you can verify the match under your space's lighting before we commit to the full print.

Absolutely. Every project includes a digital mockup showing your design scaled to your wall dimensions, so you can see exactly how it will look before we print. We revise the mockup until you're satisfied. For color-critical projects, we also offer physical test prints on your actual wall surface.

Yes. We use UV-resistant inks and apply protective coatings for all exterior mural projects. Outdoor prints typically last 5–7+ years depending on sun exposure, weather conditions, and surface type. South-facing walls in direct sunlight will fade faster than shaded surfaces.

Interior prints on sealed drywall typically don't require additional sealing. For high-traffic areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and all exterior surfaces, we apply a clear protective coating that adds scratch resistance, moisture protection, and UV stability. We'll recommend the right finish for your specific environment.

Yes. Unlike vinyl wraps, direct-to-wall prints can be painted over with standard interior paint and primer. There's no adhesive to peel, no residue to scrape, and no surface damage. A coat of primer followed by your new paint color is all it takes to start fresh.

Yes. We stand behind every print. Interior projects include a warranty against peeling, cracking, and significant fading under normal conditions.
